Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for occupational health care activities, including health and wellness training and employee health services. You must be licensed to practice in your state or equivalent in other geographies.

You will provide first aid and respond to employee illnesses and workplace injuries, conduct hearing tests, maintain confidential records, and support return-to-work coordination, wellness, safety, and ergonomic education.

Qualifications

• RN graduate of an approved nursing program with diploma/associate/bachelor's degree.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in state of employment.
• Ability to work the stated schedule including overtime and some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and respond to employee illnesses and workplace injuries.
• Provide care under approved standing orders and medical directives.
• Support outside medical referrals, work restrictions, and return-to-work coordination.
• Conduct hearing tests and support drug and alcohol screening programs.
• Maintain confidential health records and support OSHA-required documentation.
• Support employee wellness, safety, and ergonomic education.
• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate clinical staff.
• Perform other assigned duties within the applicable nursing scope.

• Ability to work the stated schedule, including required overtime and occasional Saturdays.
