The Staff Nurse at Endeavor Health delivers safe, compassionate care for diverse patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

The position requires an IL RN license and BLS/ACLS CPR certification, with preferred Critical Care or Emergency Dept experience.

Qualifications

• NLN accredited nursing program completed; BSN strongly preferred.
• IL RN license.
• CPR: BLS & ACLS required (AHA).
• Critical Care/Emergency Dept and conscious sedation experience preferred.
• Medical-Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred.

Hourly Pay Range: $37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse
• Location: Glenbrook Hospital with ability to float to Evanston, Skokie and Highland Park as needed
• As Needed
• Hours: 6:45a - 5:30pm M-F with Call Requirements

What you will do:

The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

What you will need:

• Education:
  • Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred

• Certification:
  • IL RN license
  • CPR: BLS & ACLS required (Issued by American Heart Association)

• Experience:
  • Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
  • Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred
