Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide independent and complex nursing care in a clinical setting, applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.

You will administer medications, document care, educate patients and families, delegate tasks when appropriate, and uphold professional standards while developing clinical skills through varied shifts

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; RN license current in employment state or compact.
• At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources.

• Addresses complex patient needs in line with professional standards and competencies.
