Job summary

Jefferson Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team in a full-time night shift role. The RN will coordinate clinical documentation, monitor patient stability, and ensure effective communication among the unit, medical director, and primary care physicians.

Requirements include graduation from a state approved nursing program, and an active RN license in Georgia, with BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a state approved school of nursing.
• Licensed RN in the state of Georgia.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality clinical documentation in the treatment team.
• Evaluate and monitor patient medical and mental stability.
• Coordinate communication between the unit, medical director, PCP and other clinical services.
