Job summary

The Black Women’s Mental Health Institute in Sunrise Manor, NV is seeking an experienced RN to provide safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards. You will lead and support the healthcare team and implement Patient Centered Care across all nursing activities.

You will oversee subordinate staff, demonstrate service excellence, collaborate with clinical colleagues, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred.
• One-year acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in the state, along with BLS and appropriate advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) as required.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.
• RN graduates under supervision must hold an interim Nevada RN license.
