Job summary

Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift at Green Bay, Wisconsin, including every third weekend.

A $10,000 sign-on bonus and night-shift differentials of $7.00/hr on weekdays and $10.00/hr on weekends are offered. The Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital provides comprehensive inpatient rehab services with a strong team of clinicians, focused on patient-centered recovery in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Current state RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred for LTACH and Texas hospitals.
• 1 year recent acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Perform patient assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.

We are offering an amazing night shift differential of weekday nights $7.00/hr. and weekend nights at $10.00/hr.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience preferred. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures, and utilizes proper policies, procedures, and guidelines in caring for patients.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
