Job summary

Rock Health in Missouri is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg 5W unit. You will deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process, ensuring confidentiality and coordinating with other departments to uphold high standards.

Responsibilities include caring for adult medical patients with conditions like infections and pneumonia, assessing and monitoring patient status, and documenting accurately. New grads are welcome and a sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: prior hospital experience, BSN, additional certifications, or specialty experience.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks as needed.
