Job summary

Wyandot Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support ICU and MedSurg units. The role involves one shift weekly in ICU and two shifts weekly in MedSurg, with a primary shift 6:45 AM–7:15 PM and a mix of 12- and 8-hour shifts as needed.

This position includes every third weekend and holiday rotation, with a $6,000 sign-on bonus. You will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while ensuring safety and teamwork across units.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license required.
• ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required.
• Two or more years of hospital critical care and/or emergency department experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients and assist in other departments as needed.
• Assess patient needs, plan and coordinate individualized care, and evaluate treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment.
• Adhere to nursing standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
