Job summary

Proforma Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our 107-bed acute care hospital. The role focuses on assessing patients, coordinating care, and educating families to promote understanding and adherence.

The RN will administer medications, document in the EHR, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams across emergency, surgical, medical-surgical, and specialty units. Superior patient-centered care is expected.
