Job summary

Eye Health America’s Florence Surgery & Laser Center, in Florence, SC, is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for a multi-specialty ophthalmology surgery center. The RN will be cross trained across pre-op, intra-op, post-op, and circulator duties, with overtime possible.

The ideal candidate holds an SC state or compact RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and 2+ years of medical/surgical experience; ophthalmology ASC experience is a plus, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered SC state or Compact License to practice as an RN.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• A minimum of two (2) years of medical/surgical experience is preferred.
• Previous ASC experience in ophthalmology is a plus.
• Must enjoy a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing care and support.
• Assist circulator during ophthalmology procedures and maintain sterile technique.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and efficient flow of cases.

We are seeking a Full time RN for our Surgery Center in Florence, SC. The RN is cross trained to be competent in all areas of the center, including pre-op, post-op, and circulator. Overtime may be required.
