Job summary

Bariatric Weight Management Systems A Medical Group in Camarillo, CA seeks an RN with IV skills to support weight management programs and patient care. You will educate patients, manage IV therapies, and drive program sales while maintaining EMR documentation and inventory control.

The role requires BLS certification, RN licensure, and relocation to Camarillo. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential; healthcare experience in wellness/med-spa is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ needs and provide nutritional education and coaching.
• Administer IV fluids and vitamins for hydration appointments.
• Assess patients, insert IV lines, monitor vitamin process, ensure safety.
• Hang and administer IV bags and IV lines.
• Administer vitamin injections regularly.
• Take vitals: BP, pulse, measurements.
• Document patient data in the EMR.
• Collect IV blood samples and document procedures.
• Refer patients to Medical Provider as needed.
• Conduct daily patient care calls via the Phone module.
• Be domain expert on Lindora programs and services.
• Drive program/membership/product sales and education.
• Perform Zerona6 treatments with measurements and photos.
• Manage clinic revenue: cash, cards, checks.
• Assist inventory of medical and product supplies.
• Follow policies and collaborate with teammates; participate in training.
• Model company values in actions.

$45.00 an hour plus monthly bonus opportunity.

Purpose In this nursing role, you will be treating patients and assisting them to achieve their weight loss and wellness goals. This position works in supporting the overall clinic operations including patient care, program/membership/product education and sales, inventory management, and actively participates in achieving revenue goals.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Complete patient treatment sessions to include:

• Evaluate patients’ needs and provide nutritional education, menu planning, and patient coaching.
• Administers intravenous fluids, and vitamins for IV hydration appointments.
• Assesses clients, inserts IV lines, monitors the vitamin process, and ensures the patient safety throughout the treatment.
• Hang and administer IV bags, and primarily lines.
• Regularly administer vitamin injections to patients.
• Routinely take patient vitals to include, blood pressure readings, pulse, and measurements.
• Document all collected patient information clearly and correctly in the company EMR system.
• Complete intravenous blood withdrawals, sample preparation, and procedure documentation.
• Refer patients to the Medical Provider as needed for medication assessment Complete assigned patient care calls daily via the Phone Contact module in line with the contact policy.
• Domain expert on all Lindora programs, products, promotions, and wellness services.
• Complete program/membership/product sales and education.
• Complete Zerona6 treatments to include patient measurements, photos, and appropriate documentation. Accurately manage clinic revenue, to include cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.
• Assist in inventory management of both medical and product supplies. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care daily. Work in collaboration with teammates in support of management. Participate in all ongoing training provided by the company. Role model through behavior and actions the company values to both colleagues and patients.

Basic Requirements

• Blood Withdraw/IV required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, interpersonal and verbal/written skills are essential.
• Computer and typing proficiency are required.
• HS Diploma or GED
• Sales experience is a plus. Preferably in health/ wellness & weight loss, fitness, retail, or med- spa environment.
