Job summary

Angel Medical Center, part of Mission Health, seeks a CWOCN-certified Registered Nurse to lead nursing care for patients in Franklin, NC. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, document patient teaching, and ensure adherence to medically prescribed interventions.

Required are an RN license (NC BON) with eNLC possibly applying, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of hospital nursing experience. A strong wound ostomy focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC may apply.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• At least one year of hospital nursing experience.
• CWOCN certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; delegate, supervise and document care and patient teaching.
• Implement medically prescribed interventions.

Job Summary And Qualifications

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
