Job summary

Labette Health in Parsons, KS is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for its Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. You will deliver individualized nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury or surgery, while collaborating with therapy teams to support rehabilitation goals.

You'll monitor progress, manage care plans and document accurately in Meditech, and provide education to patients and families throughout recovery. An ADN and Kansas RN license are required; CRRN exam is preferred.

What You’ll Do

Deliver exceptional, individualized nursing care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.

Collaborate closely with physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams to support rehabilitation goals.

Monitor patient progress, manage care plans, and ensure accurate documentation in Meditech.

Provide education and encouragement to patients and their families through every step of recovery.

Education Requirements: Associate's degree (A.D.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; Current Kansas license of RN. Willingness to take the CRRN exam preferred. BLS Required.
