Job summary

CarePartners Health Services in North Carolina seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to lead patient care in facility or home settings. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and teach patients and families, while delegating and supervising care as needed.

The role requires an Accredited RN Program and North Carolina RN licensure; BCLS is required within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in North Carolina required, compacts may apply.
• 1 year of experience preferred, facility or home care preferred.
• BCLS within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional comfort and well-being of patients in a facility or home setting. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning and implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Accredited RN Program
• Preferred Education: Associate Degree (2 year college or technical school)
• Required License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. Compact license may apply, license should confirm with NCBON; BCLS
• Preferred License: National Certification in area
• Required Experience: 1 Year
• Preferred Experience: Prior facility or home care experience

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
