Methodist Dallas Medical Center in Dallas, TX is seeking a registered nurse for a 12X3 night shift (7p–7a). You will deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, and supervise other staff while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure age-appropriate care.

Applicants should graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold or be eligible for a Texas RN license, and possess BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS).
• Texas RN license or eligibility to obtain.
• At least two years RN experience.
• Critical Care and ER RN experience strongly preferred.

Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.

Your Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN Preferred
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
• Current additional certifications as required by department
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: at least two years RN experience
• Critical Care and ER RN experience strongly preferred
