Highlands-Cashiers Hospital in North Carolina is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift in acute care to deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care. You will apply the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to support patient comfort and safety.

This role requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, NC RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current North Carolina RN license; eNLC may apply; license must be obtained within 30 days.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Minimum one year hospital nursing experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing
• License:Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification:BLS Healthcare Provider
• Experience: One year hospital nursing experience
