Job summary

A-Team Solutions LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (Primary Care) for a full-time position, open to 13–26 week travel or local contract at the County Outpatient Clinic. Monday–Friday day shifts, 8 hours per day.

The RN will deliver patient care via the nursing process, provide contraceptive education, immunizations, and labs, and lead LPN staff while coordinating care with the Medical Director and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Three years of outpatient clinic experience.
• Registered Nurse license in the U.S.
• Bachelor's or higher in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Directs and guides patient teaching activities and ancillary staff.
• Collaborates with Medical Director/Physician/PA/NP to coordinate services.
• Assess plans and deliver nursing care to patients; provide leadership to LPNs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must Haves:

• Able to provide contraceptive education
• Draw Labs
• Do Immunizations
• Some prior OCHIN/EPIC EHR experience
• Triage

Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Also directs and guides patient teaching activities and ancillary personnel, while maintaining standards of professional nursing.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assesses plans and delivers nursing care to patients.
• Provides leadership to LPNs
• Coordinates multiple medical services for diagnostic and treatment as directed by the Medical Director, Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Other duties as required and/or assigned.

Requirements:

3 years of Experience in the Specialty: Minimum three years current experience in outpatient clinic.

Minimum Education: Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or in related field or a master's degree in Nursing or in related field is highly preferred.

Must be authorized to work in U.S.
