Job summary

Elite365 Healthcare Workforce Solutions is seeking United States Registered Nurses for full-time positions across multiple acute care specialties. This role includes visa sponsorship (TN/EB-3) and relocation assistance to place nurses with client facilities nationwide.

The candidate will provide direct patient care, coordinate services, educate patients, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. A nursing degree and active licensure are required, with NCLEX completion or willingness

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required.
• Active nursing license in home country or state of residence.
• Must have passed NCLEX or be willing to take NCLEX.
• Citizen or visa eligibility for TN visa (Canadian citizenship required).
• 100% flexibility with assignment location and travel.
• Background check clearance and acute care hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care and education to patients and families.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and progress in medical records.
• Administer medications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Description:

Specialize in providing and coordinating patient care, educates patients and the public on health conditions, and is a vital member of the healthcare team. Their duties include assessing patients, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, updating patient records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Canadian citizenship (required for the TN Visa)
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Active nursing license in your country of residence
• English speaking
• Have passed NCLEX or be willing to take NCLEX
• 100% Flexibility with assignment location
• Assignment location varies based on client availability
• Ability to pass background check
• Current acute care experience in a hospital setting
