Meridial is building AI for healthcare and needs active Registered Nurses to help train and evaluate medical language models in a remote contractor role.

You will engage with clinical scenarios, verify factual and logical accuracy, document failure modes, and contribute expertise on pharmacology, patient safety, and EHR documentation. This position emphasizes clear reasoning, reproducible prompts, and high-quality feedback across acute and chronic care topics.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and nursing degree or related healthcare field.
• Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings.
• Strong understanding of nursing ethics, evidence-based practice, and care planning.
