Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking RNs to provide skilled nursing in patients' homes across Michigan. You will help patients recover independence and confidently manage life at home.

Responsibilities include wound care, blood draws, catheter management, safety assessments, and coordination with caregivers and physicians. CPR, valid Michigan RN license, and driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• RN license is required in Michigan.
• Ability to read and follow physician orders.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical skills required.
• Experience in home health or ER/ICU is a plus.

• Dress wounds and provide skilled treatments.
• Draw blood and manage drains, catheters, PICCs, and ostomies.
• Evaluate home safety and patient needs.

Our Skilled Nursing team provides intermittent care to Medicare beneficiaries in their homes—often after an inpatient stay for illness or surgery.

You’ll help patients recover their independence and feel confident managing life at home.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Help patients understand and manage their disease process
• Dress wounds and provide skilled treatments
• Draw blood and manage drains, catheters, PICCs, and ostomies
• Evaluate home safety and patient needs
• Support medication and disease management
• Connect patients with helpful community resources
