Job summary

Integrated Health 21 is seeking a Registered Nurse to support flu vaccination clinics and corporate wellness programs. You will travel to various locations to administer vaccines, educate participants, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

The role requires an active nursing license and BLS certification, strong communication with corporate clients, and the ability to travel between sites as a self-directed contractor. Prior clinic or public health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must maintain and present current nursing license in good standing.
• Must maintain and present current BLS certification.
• Demonstrates professionalism and ability to communicate effectively with corporate clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment.
• Willingness to travel between sites as necessary.
• Prior experience in private clinics or public health settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; technology ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accept delivered packages and ensure all inventory is accounted for.
• Practice appropriate storage and handling of vaccines. Document refrigeration details.
• Greet participant and provide instructions to complete the vaccination process.
• Follow standing orders to determine eligibility, draw up, and administer vaccine. Observe participant for adverse reaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols as set by the company’s medical directives and regulations.
• Respond and assist to medical emergency situations. Must be able to assist participant to the floor and provide medical care up to and including CPR.
• Initiate contact with emergency response personnel as needed.
• Participate in yearly training to stay up to date on vaccination knowledge.
• Participate in compliance testing each year to maintain active employment status.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication

PURPOSE OF POSITION

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Responsible for packing and transporting serum and supplies from site to site.
