Job summary

McLaren Health Care, headquartered in Grand Blanc, Michigan, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver quality nursing care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain standards and oversee patient/family centered care.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, planning and implementing care, initiating interventions, and evaluating responses. Evening/overnight shifts from 7:00pm to 7:30am, with no on-call required, may be included for certain units.

Qualifications

• RN licensure is required.
• BCLS certification is required.
• ACLS certification is required for certain units.
• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing is required.

The Registered Nurse delivers quality nursing care through the utilization of the nursing process. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to maintain standards for professional nursing practice. Carries out functions according to hospital policy, the hospital mission, and standards of practice defined by professional and regulatory guidelines. Directs, coordinates and delegates activities in order to foster patient / family centered care.
