ScionHealth is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process. You will develop care plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff and communicate changes to physicians and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
• Ability to organize tasks and set priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care.
• Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and staff.
• Communicates changes in patient condition to physicians and team.
• Performs admission assessments and reassessments.
• Administers medications following five rights of administration.
• Participates in discharge planning and patient education.
