Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as a caregiver for a specific patient population, delivering direct care within an interdisciplinary team to complex patients.

The role includes directing and coordinating care, delegation, evaluation, and ensuring smooth unit activities among nursing peers, physicians, and support services. Ideal candidates hold a valid New Jersey nursing license with AHA BLS/CPR certification and have at least 1 year of acute care RN

Formación

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience highly desired.
• National certification preferred.
• BSN preferred or willing to acquire within 3 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• The Registered Nurse functions as a caregiver for a specific patient population, providing direct care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Directs and oversees care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination.
• Coordinates patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.

This position focuses on expanding knowledge and skills, provides effective direct care as part of the interdisciplinary team to a variety of complex patients. This position directs and oversees the care provided by other caregivers through delegation, validation, evaluation, and coordination. This position effectively coordinates patient care/unit activities among nursing peers, physicians and support services.

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license is required
