The Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool CC provides flexible nursing support across various hospital units, applying high-level clinical skills, critical thinking, and maintaining composure under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Support multiple departments, ensure quality patient care, collaborate effectively with team members, and adapt to different clinical environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must hold a valid RN license, with certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) obtained within 30 days of employment. Prior experience in acute care is preferred.
