North Alabama Medical Center in Alabama is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Float to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, aligned with scope and standards of practice.
The role is non-exempt, reports to the Director, and requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred) and an active RN license. BCLS, ACLS and PALS are required per unit needs; candidates must demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Performs House Supervisor responsibilities as needed to meet the needs of the facility. Delegate and coordinated nursing care throughout the hospital and ensures that quality nursing care is delivered.
Reports to: Director
FLSA: Non-exempt
Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing Required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
License: Current RN to practice in the state of (WV);
Certifications: BCLS; ACLS & PALS per unit specific requirements
