Avardis Health is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join Windsor Grove Health and Rehabilitation. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care to residents, following individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and the care team.

You will supervise nursing assistants, manage admissions and transitions, document accurately, and uphold state and federal regulations. A current RN license and experience in long-term or geriatric care are preferred.

Qualificações

• Must be a Registered Nurse with an active, unencumbered state license.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and patient-centered care.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing resident needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Supervise staff and oversee patient care; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Oversee CNAs during shifts, assign tasks, and support training.
• Monitor residents, assess symptoms, and administer treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
