Quality Talent Group represents a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers across several states, seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts. Positions include full-time and part-time roles across multiple specialties in the Beaumont, Texas area.

RNs must hold an active license in the state of employment (or a compact license) and BLS certification. Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing care, medication administration, patient education, and collaboration with care teams;

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
