This center handles sports medicine, pain management, endoscopy, OB/GYN, podiatry, urology and spine cases with a practice that values clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN). BSN preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a valid Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA is required.
