Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS required before patient contact.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire in step-down and ICU areas.
• Unit specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care by assessing physical, emotional, and educational needs alongside the care team.
• Document nursing processes concisely in the EMR and update plans of care timely.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to implement evidence-based interventions.
• Lead and mentor peers, participate in PI initiatives and professional development.
