Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepare for and assist physicians with diagnostic procedures.
• Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participate with team in planning and evaluating nursing care and activities.
• Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Observe and report vital signs, symptoms and general condition.
• Document observations in patient charts.
• Maintain safe, clean, and therapeutic environment.
• Assist with unit management as needed.
