Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree considered.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes in health status accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Assist with the coordination of care and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
