You will be responsible for:

• Effectively managing the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment, and decision-making skills for the specific area and patient population
• Delivering patient care utilizing standardized evidenced-based guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment
• Communicating, collaborating, and functioning with other members of the health team to provide optimum care

Tier 2

Pay rate: Experience rate + $7.50 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)

Commitment: 6 shifts in 6 weeks

Campus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed

Weekend and Holidays: None

Schedule: Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule

Tier 3

Pay rate: Experience rate + $11.25 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)

Commitment: 9 shifts in 6 weeks

Campus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed

Weekend and Holidays: Call Rotation

Schedule: Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule

Tier 4

Pay rate: Experience rate + $15.00 per hour (plus any applicable shift differentials)

Commitment: 12 shifts in 6 weeks

Campus: Campus: Flexibility to Float to both Brunswick and Camden as needed

Weekend and Holidays: Call Rotation

Schedule: Shifts scheduled two weeks prior to upcoming 6 week schedule

What you will need:
