• Assesses and plans nursing care for patients and families.
• Communicates with the team and documents information clearly.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
• Provides timely medication and IV administration as required.
• Demonstrates ongoing professional growth and nursing process application.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
