Atlantic Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our medical team in New Jersey. You will maintain accurate patient health records, administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, and coordinate nursing care plans with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Preferred: ASN must complete BSN studies within five years of start date.
• Preferred: 3.1+ years of experience in Nursing or relevant area.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
