- Licensure: Virginia RN license and BLS certification.
- ANA Scope and Standards of Practice reference in Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with patients and families.
- Collaborate with physicians and health care team; seek and provide feedback for practice improvement.
- Pursue mentoring and take on beginning leadership responsibilities.
