Job summary

AfterQuery is seeking registered nurses to join its contractor network to review and improve AI-generated nursing content. This fully remote, asynchronous role lets you set your own schedule while contributing clinical expertise.

You will evaluate AI patient education, triage guidance, and clinical documentation, and create expert demonstrations based on your practice. The work is hourly and respects your clinical judgment shaping AI safety.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (ADN or BSN).
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or comparable care setting.
• Strong written communication skills.

Registered nurses build expert-level evaluation and training data for frontier AI labs. Paid hourly, fully remote, fully async. AfterQuery partners with frontier AI labs to build expert-level evaluation and training data. We are hiring registered nurses as contractors to review, create, and rank clinical content that teaches AI models how real nursing works. You will evaluate AI-generated patient education, triage guidance, and clinical documentation for accuracy and safety, and create expert demonstrations drawn from your own practice. The work is paid hourly, fully remote, and fully async - you choose when and how much you work. Your clinical judgment directly shapes how safe and useful these systems are in healthcare settings.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing (ADN or BSN)

• Specialty certification such as CCRN, CEN, or OCN
• Experience in ICU, ED, or other high-acuity settings
