Job summary

The Center for Living & Rehabilitation in Vermont is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to care for our subacute rehab residents. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Vermont.
• Interest in rehabilitation nursing and willingness to learn.
