Elliot Health System's Emergency Department seeks an experienced ER Nurse for 7p-7a shifts, weekends optional. You will deliver critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, collaborate with a wide team, and maintain precise medical records.
Ideal candidates hold NH RN licensure (BSN preferred), with required BLS, ACLS, and PALS within designated timelines. A supportive, high-volume trauma center environment awaits.

Elliot Health System's 42-bed, full-service, Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department provides the best care for patients and their families, treating nearly 58,000 patients annually. Board Certified/Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Trauma & Critical Care Surgeons provide exceptional coverage in our department. Our trauma team of board-certified or board-eligible trauma and critical care surgeons treats community children and adults 24/7. A Pediatric Emergency Department with board-certified pediatric emergency medicine physicians, an Acute Psychiatric Unit with dedicated psychiatric nurses, and an Intermediate Care Area for less urgent patients to reduce length of stay. Our providers collaborate with in-house radiologists, hospitalists, critical care physicians, and a multidisciplinary team of medical and surgical specialists to provide the best care and adapt to emergency medicine innovations.
As an Emergency Room (ER) Nurse, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of care to patients in need of immediate medical assistance. You must possess excellent communication and multitasking skills to effectively treat individuals with potentially life-threatening injuries or illnesses.
