Qualifications

• Certification requirements include NIH Stroke Scale, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Trauma Nursing Core Course, PALS, ACLS and BLS within specified timeframes.

Role Overview:

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Emergency Room provides high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers and the care team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and manage patient pain, perform procedures, document care accurately, respond promptly to patient needs, and educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle modifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must obtain certifications such as NIH Stroke Scale, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Trauma Nursing Core Course, PALS, ACLS, and BLS within specified timeframes.
