Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an experienced ER RN for a night shift (3x12 hours) in Rochester, NY. The role requires 1 year of ED experience and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications. You will manage dysrhythmias, administer IVs and blood products, and respond to high-acuity patients across adult and pediatric populations.

Float opportunities may occur; every other weekend is required. Flexibility with shift coverage, minimal RTO, and a willingness to work 19:00–07:00 hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Active ER RN with current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications.
• Proficient in dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Experience with rapid patient assessment and high-acuity care.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to adult and pediatric patients in a busy ED.
• Perform phlebotomy and establish/maintain IV access with central line care as needed.
• Administer blood products and emergency medications per protocols.
