Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a registered nurse with clinical experience to provide independent, comprehensive patient care in a specialized setting. You will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process, addressing patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.

You will administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitor effectiveness and side effects, and document patient history, symptoms, and care.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; registered nurse with clinical experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• Completion of orientation and annual competency validation.
• Experience in perioperative or OR nursing preferred.
