Palmdale Regional Medical Center in Palmdale, CA, is seeking a professional RN to provide safe and competent nursing care according to facility policies and philosophy. You will lead the healthcare team and uphold Service Excellence while delivering patient-centered care.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes within a modern acute care setting.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (current on hire).
• PALS or NRP (current or within 90 days of employment) required for the specialty.
• CPI required within 30 days of hire.
• Pre-employment assessments may be required by the facility.

Position Description

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient C entered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.

Qualifications

Job Duties/Responsibilities Requirements

• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Prefer one year full time or three years part time experience in acute care setting.
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• BLS and ACLS (current on hire) Current state nursing
• PALS or NRP (current or obtained within 90 days of employment) in required specialty.
• CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
