Job summary

Holy Cross Health in Germantown, MD, seeks a part-time Registered Nurse to join the Endo team in delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary setting.

You will use the nursing process to plan and manage care, educate patients and families, and ensure a seamless continuum of care. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• BLS certification AHA; additional Life Support training as applicable to unit requirements preferred.

• Plan and manage care of routine patients using the nursing process, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning.
• Effectively communicates patient/family information to the health care team.

What You Will Do

• Using Quality Caring Model, demonstrates acceptable performance, and applies nursing process, to plan and manage care of routine patients, including patient and family education, and continuum of care planning.
• Effectively communicates fundamental patient/family information to health care team.

Minimum Qualifications

• BLS certification AHA (American Heart Association); additional Life Support training as applicable to unit requirements preferred.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $41.70 – $55.68

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
