Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to emergency department patients.
• Rapidly assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans using the nursing process.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, discharge instructions, and health management.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Serve as a patient advocate while promoting dignity, safety, and respect.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with department and regulatory standards.
• Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Respond confidently and professionally during emergencies and critical situations.

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department and help deliver outstanding care when our community needs it most.

Schedule:
Up to 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Services department,you will provide expert nursing care in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where critical thinking, teamwork, and compassion are essential.
