Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a collaborative care team. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and communicate with patients and families.

Full-time, 36 hours/week with 3 shifts (7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p) and every third weekend. Eligible for a $9,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment. Vaccination requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Michigan or compact license recognized in MI.
• ER or ICU experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team.
• Observe, assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards.

Every Third Weekend Rotation

This position is eligible for a $9.000 sign-on bonus with 2-year employment commitment to Munson Healthcare! Terms and conditions apply.
