SGMC Health is seeking a dedicated RN for the Emergency Room on the Main Campus. The role requires a Georgia RN license, CPR certification, and within-twelve-month ACLS/PALS. CPI certification is expected within eighteen months of hire, with a preference for one year of related experience.
You will provide direct patient care, advocate for patients, educate families, and coordinate care with physicians and disciplines to uphold SGMC Health’s standards and values on a night shift.

EMERGENCY ROOM
Full Time, 12 HR Night Shift, 7p-7a
Works primarily in hospital setting. Requires considerable standing, mental effort, stooping, bending, lifting (in excess of fifty (50) lbs.), pushing objects (carts, beds, and wheelchairs), and operation of clinical and office equipment. Likely to be exposed to blood and body fluids, including infectious diseases. May rarely require accompanying and assisting with patient transport to another facility. Uses medical, office equipment, and telecommunications devices on a regular basis (e.g., I.V. pumps, fax, computer, and pagers).
