Job summary

NurseDeck Inc is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Room team. The ER RN will perform rapid assessments, administer medications, and provide life-saving care in a fast-paced environment.

Required travel experience and an active RN license are essential. A BSN is preferred, with 1–2 years of ER or critical care experience and strong clinical judgment. Additional certifications are encouraged to support emergency care delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in state.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of ER or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients based on severity of condition using standardized protocols.
• Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress; document accurately in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized ER environment.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
• Participate in emergency codes and disaster preparedness drills.
