Job summary

Mimbres Valley Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for Emergency - PRN nights in Deming, NM. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process and coordinate with other disciplines to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements include NM RN licensure, graduation from an accredited program, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP or policy-based acquisition. Prior CC experience preferred; 24/7 availability is expected.

Qualifications

• RN Licensure in the State of New Mexico is required.
• Graduation from an accredited RN program is required.
• Two years of nursing experience in Critical Care is preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications or to obtain per policy on hire; maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care and outcomes.
• Provide care 24/7; be available to meet patient needs.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
• Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Patients need care 24/7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
• Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient’s personal characteristics.

Qualifications:
