SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN in Wrangell, AK. The RN will perform rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity ED, providing culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Nursing and Alaska RN licensure with BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP and ENPC certifications as applicable.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Alaska.

The Emergency Department Registered Nurse provides rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of patients across the lifespan presenting within emergent or urgent conditions in a fast‐paced, high‐acuity environment. This role requires strong clinical judgment, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the ability to respond effectively to trauma, medical emergencies, and disaster situations. Must be competent in the use of all equipment in the specialty. The high-risk competencies are specific to the area of practice (e.g., proficiency in complex medical equipment, procedures, interventions, etc.).
